Polyester glass fiber cloth construction requirements:

1. Polyester glass fiber cloth to be paved polyester glass fiber cloth on the road cleaning work: remove dirt, gravel and dust, to ensure the asphalt bonding effect;

2. When the foundation pavement has large cracks (more than 6mm), pits or damage, it should be repaired and filled;

3. The adhesive oil layer used must be hot asphalt, and emulsified asphalt cannot be used, otherwise the bonding effect of polyester glass fiber cloth will be reduced;

4. The optimum temperature for bonding asphalt is 163-204 ℃;

5. After the asphalt is spread, the polyester glass fiber cloth must be paved before the asphalt loses its fluidity, otherwise the cloth body is difficult to soak the asphalt and reduce the waterproof performance of the polyester glass fiber cloth;

6. The ambient temperature for paving polyester fiberglass cloth construction must be above 4 ℃.
