Warp-knitted reinforced coated geotextile, also known as glass fiber polyester reinforced anti-crack cloth and warp-knitted composite polyester anti-crack cloth, is a brand-new glass fiber composite anti-crack material developed and produced by Yizheng Kangshun Geotextile Co., Ltd. It is a kind of geosynthetic material processed by special technology, which can be widely used in asphalt pavement construction and reconstruction to prevent reflection cracks, water damage and enhance pavement bearing capacity. Warp-knitted reinforced coated geotextile is a new type of geosynthetic material developed after geotextile, geogrid and strip polymer, which has good compatibility with asphalt mixture. The geotextile has no waterproof function, and the geotextile can prevent water infiltration, but the geotextile has poor strength and creep resistance and cannot exert the reinforcement and crack resistance effect. The warp-knitted reinforced coated serotonite overcomes the shortcomings of both. It can effectively deal with pavement cracks and bridge deck and pavement water damage. Warp-knitted reinforced coated geotextile is a mixture of glass fiber and polyester. Application areas

◎ Asphalt concrete overlay

Warp knitted reinforced coated geotextile used in asphalt overlay can effectively reduce the construction time and depth of milling, asphalt overlay thickness should not be less than 4cm, it is recommended to use modified asphalt concrete.

◎ Cement concrete pavement reconstruction

Warp knitted reinforced coated geotextile can be used for cement concrete pavement reconstruction, paving before laying asphalt concrete surface can effectively prevent reflection cracks without setting up the base, especially suitable for urban roads with limited elevation. It is recommended to use modified asphalt concrete with a thickness of not less than 10cm.

◎ Semi-rigid base shrinkage crack position

Semi-rigid base shrinkage cracks are inevitable, in order to improve its performance, the use of warp knitted reinforced coating geotextile repair cracks can delay and prevent the base reflection cracks to the back layer of asphalt construction, to prevent rainwater seepage from the surface layer caused by the grass-roots slurry and accelerate road damage. Construction Organization Scheme of Warp Knitted Reinforced Coated Workcloth

1. construction progress

Cooperate with the construction unit of the road surface to make the anti-cracking cloth cover in time without affecting the construction progress.

2. construction method

(I) and remove the original road surface: clean the road surface with cleaning tools; Remove the sharp parts on the road surface; For serious cracks and broken parts of the road surface, the broken parts shall be removed, and asphalt concrete or asphalt sand shall be used to repair the original cracks and pits and cover them. The relatively strict surface recesses shall be filled with concrete. The pavement shall be dry and free of dirt, dust and gravel before laying. If there are joints on the original pavement, high-pressure air shall be used to remove sundries (sewage, dust, weeds, grease, etc.) in the joints, and the joints shall be filled with filling materials.

(II) and spraying asphalt adhesive layer: SBS modified asphalt waterproof coating adhesive layer oil can be used as the adhesive layer oil, and its specification and quality shall meet the requirements of Schedules C.3, C.4 and C.5 in the JTJ032-94 of "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Leaky Sound Pavement. According to the condition of the road surface and the reason of the anti-cracking cloth, the amount of adhesive layer oil should be controlled between 0.9kg/m2 and 1.2kg/m2; When spraying, it is best to use manual operation of the spraying machine. The spraying width of the waterproof layer should be about 5cm ~ 10cm wider than that of the anti-cracking cloth. Spraying should be uniform, and avoid insufficient oil or striped spraying in the sticky layer. The usage of the waterproof layer shall be controlled between 0.9kg/m2 and 1.2kg/m2, and the use of the waterproof layer shall meet the requirements of D.9 in Schedule D of the JTJ032-94 Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement. The key process of construction is spraying asphalt tack coat.

◎ The design of asphalt mixture shall conform to the specification requirements JTJ032-94 in Technical Code for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement.

◎ The mixing, transportation, paving and compaction of asphalt mixture shall comply with the regulations and requirements of Technical Code for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement.
