Soft permeable pipe is a new type of pipe with reverse filtration (drainage) water function, which overcomes many disadvantages of other drainage pipes. Because of its unique design principle and excellent performance of constituent materials, it has strong drainage and water seepage effect. It uses "capillary" phenomenon and "siphon" principle to collect water absorption, water permeability and drainage in one go, it has the pressure resistance, water permeability and filtration function to meet the requirements of engineering design. It is not broken due to geological and geographical temperature changes, and can achieve the effect of discharging clean water, and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product. Because of its simple construction, no joint, no special requirements for geology and topography, any place that needs dark drainage can be used at will.

⑴ High carbon steel wire: phosphoric acid anti-rust treatment, coated with PVC to prevent acid and alkali corrosion, unique steel wire spiral skeleton to ensure that the surface of the pipe wall is smooth and under pressure.

(2) Non-woven filter layer: to ensure effective filtration and prevent sediment from entering the pipe.

(3) Synthetic polyester fiber: the warp yarn is high strength Teduolong yarn or nylon yarn coated with PVC, and the weft yarn is made of special fiber to form sufficient tensile strength. The soft permeable pipe has: 1) small pore diameter, all-round water permeability, and good permeability; 2) high compressive and tensile strength, long service life; 3) good corrosion resistance and anti-microbial erosion; 4) good overall continuity, Few joints, convenient connection; 5) light weight, convenient construction; 6) soft texture, good bonding with soil, etc.

The permeable pipe is supported by an anti-rust spring ring to form a high-pressure soft structure. The non-woven fabric is lined and filtered to prevent mud and sand impurities from entering the pipe, thus achieving the function of net water seepage. The outer winding of polyester yarn has excellent water absorption and can quickly collect excess water in the soil. The rubber ribs make the pipe wall coating and the spring steel ring pipe body become an organic whole, which has a good all-round water permeability function. The penetrating water penetrates into the pipe smoothly, while the mud and sand impurities are blocked outside the pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of water penetration, filtration and drainage in one go.

Connection mode

The construction is based on the principle of reliability and convenience. The 50mm permeable pipe can be produced according to the circumferential length of the tunnel and connected with the longitudinal 100mm permeable pipe length of 6-30m with matching straight-through and tee joints, which can be conveniently connected.

◎ Lining steel wire: high strength spring hard steel wire, with phosphoric acid anti-rust treatment, coated with P.V.C (resistance heating method);

◎ Filter layer: non-woven filter layer;

◎ Permeable and covering materials: high-strength nylon yarn is used for warp and special fiber is used for weft;

◎ Then the material: special strong P.V.C adhesive.
