Warp-knitted needle-punched composite geotextile

The warp-knitted needle-punched composite geotextile is a new type of geotextile material, which is made of glass fiber (or synthetic fiber) as reinforcing material and compounded with staple fiber needle-punched non-woven fabric. The warp-knitted composite geotextile is different from the general woven fabric, and its biggest feature is that the intersection of warp and weft is not bent, and each is in a straight state. After the two are bound firmly with a binding line, the external force can be fully and uniformly borne simultaneously and the stress can be dispersed. When the geotextile is torn by external force, the yarn will gather along the initial crack and increase the tear strength.

Description

Product Details

It is composed of warp knitting cloth and non-woven fabric needle punching composite, not only to maintain the anti-filtration function of non-woven fabric, but also has the high strength of warp knitting cloth. Its high gram weight, large thickness, usually used on the geomembrane, do the protection function. Its gram weight can be as high as 1200g/m², and its tensile strength can reach 300KN/M.
