Product Performance
◎ Reinforcement effect: used for highway, railway, airport, stone dam, slope embankment, retaining wall backfill soil, side slope and other rock engineering, dispersing soil stress to increase soil modulus, limiting soil slip, improve stability.
◎ Protective effect: to prevent the embankment from being washed by wind, wave, tide and rain, and to protect the bank, slope, bottom and soil erosion.
◎ filter function: used for embankment, dam, river and coast stone fast, soil slope, retaining wall filter layer, prevent sand particles through, and allow water or air to pass through freely.
Matters needing attention in the installation and construction of woven geotextile:
◎ Geotextile can only be cut with a geotextile knife (hook knife). If it is cut in the site, special protective measures shall be taken for other materials to prevent unnecessary damage to it due to cutting geotextile;
◎ At the same time of laying geotextile, all necessary measures must be taken to prevent damage to the following layer of material;
◎ When laying geotextile, care must be taken not to let stones, a large amount of dust or moisture, etc., which may damage the geotextile, may block drains or filters, or may bring difficulties to the next connection. Under the geotextile or geotextile;
◎ After the installation, visually check the surface of all geotextiles to determine all damaged landlords, make marks and repair them, and make sure that there are no foreign substances that can cause damage to the laying surface, such as broken needles and other foreign bodies;
◎ The connection of geotextile must follow the following regulations: under normal circumstances, there can be no horizontal connection on the slope (the connection must not intersect with the contour of the slope), except for the repair place.
◎ If suture is used, the suture must be made of the same or more than the geotextile material, and the suture must be made of chemical ultraviolet resistant material. Suture and geotextile should have obvious color difference to facilitate inspection.
