Product Details


◎ The product is made of polyester, the melting point of polyester is above 260 ℃, and no obvious shrinkage occurs below 230 ℃. The product can avoid the potential heat shrinkage of the upper and lower fabrics at high temperature when paving the hot asphalt surface layer.

◎ This product is a non-woven geotextile made of polyester continuous filament reinforced by needle punching. Its tensile strength is ≥ 8KN/m and its elongation is 40-60%, which fully meets the technical requirements of geotextile in JTJ/T019-98 (Technical Specification for Application of Highway Geosynthetics).

◎The product has moderate thickness, strong ability to impregnate asphalt, and combines with dry layer oil to form an ideal isolation layer, which has good waterproof and thermal insulation effects.

◎ The product has the ability of anti-ultraviolet, cold-resistant, anti-chemical corrosion and anti-biological damage.

◎ This product is developed for pavement and has unique single-sided and double-sided singeing patents. When laying, the rough side of singeing is upward, which can not only improve the bonding force between the surface layer and the interlayer, but also prevent the wheels from being rolled up and damaged during construction. At the same time, it can inhibit the skidding of vehicles and pavers on the cloth.

After the practical application in recent years, it has been proved that the filament singed geotextile is very effective in preventing cracks and prolonging the service life of asphalt pavement.
