Basalt geogrid


Basalt geogrid is a kind of geotextile reinforced material with stable grid structure formed by warp knitting process, which is based on basalt fiber with alkali-resistant, acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high temperature-resistant as the main raw material. Basalt geogrid is a kind of geotextile reinforced material with stable grid structure formed by warp knitting process, which is based on basalt fiber with alkali-resistant, acid-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high temperature-resistant as the main raw material. Then basalt fiber is coated with special coating treatment to further obtain stable structure and chemical corrosion resistance. Basalt fiber not only has high tensile strength, but also has a series of advantages such as high temperature resistance, freeze-thaw resistance (260-650 ℃), thermal expansion coefficient of asphalt concrete, anti-ultraviolet, good chemical stability, anti-aging and so on. Therefore, basalt fiber can be used as asphalt or concrete pavement reinforcement substrate, which can resist the generation of highway diseases such as cracks and rutting, and solve the problem of asphalt pavement cracking and deformation.
